Your Contribution & Investment

As a traditional publishing house, Sibylline Press selects, contracts for, and publishes your book. During these first two years, your dollars join ours to support your book’s promotion. Marketing begins as soon as we have signed a contract, and continues intensively for two years. You are making an investment in yourself and the success of your book. There is a cost for success, but it’s a calculated and necessary one for the goals we are trying to reach promotionally for our authors.

Your enthusiastic participation

Once signed, we need your enthusiastic participation throughout the process, utilizing our communication, as well as participation in the production and promotion of your book.

Your financial commitment to the marketing of your book

When we become your publisher, we’ll ask for a marketing contribution* to help support our intensive marketing program. The author’s portion is the same for each participating author and represents 25 percent of the total Sibylline promotional budget. When you submit your book, we will send you information on our proprietary marketing program and how it works.

Sibylline is different. We are committed to marketing our titles beyond the usual and will leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of sales and recognition for our titles. Here’s what we do for each book we publish.

Production Costs

As your publisher, we pay for the production of your book, from producing a superior cover to providing a professional copy edit, creating a look for your designed interior, layout and proofreading. Paper and ebook versions.

AUTHOR SUPPORT

Book Industry Talks, training, and support throughout the production and promotion of your book.

MARKETING

Development of a book marketing plan.

Rights

TV/Film/Audio/Foreign rights consideration and contracts.

Early Submissions

Early submissions to reviewers, excerpts to magazines.

READiNESS Retreat

Sibylline pays to print and distribute books to our accounts.

Distribution & Sales
