About Anna Termine

Anna has been attending international publishing trade shows such as the Frankfurt and London book fairs for over 25 years and has developed a large network of industry professionals and friends throughout the world.

Anna started her career at trade publisher The Globe Pequot Press (and later Lyons Press when they were acquired by Globe Pequot) in Connecticut where she began as special sales manager before moving into a rights and licensing role.

She later moved to California and worked for academic publisher Sage Publications where she was responsible for their licensing and rights.

Anna has known Vicki since the Foghorn Press days back to when Vicki founded the Independent Travel Publishers Association (ITPA). Anna was the president of ITPA which galvanized forty small travel and outdoor presses to come together for marketing. ITPA promoted and represented these publishers at various trade shows such as the annual American Booksellers Association and the Outdoor Retailers shows as well as through a shared event catalog. There were some amazing parties that ITPA hosted at these shows that a few folks are still talking about today such as the cruise around New York City and the Beach Party at the Rio in Las Vegas!

Anna now lives in Connecticut with her husband who is an amazing professional chef and where she is the co-president of the land trust in her town. She was born in Sweden, is fluent in Swedish, and maintains dual citizenship.
